We want to make sure you and your pet are completely satisfied with every purchase. So our return policy is simple.Please ship the item(s) and your packing slip, stating the reason for the return, to your nearest PETCO warehouse at one of the following addresses. A pre-printed label with the address of your nearest warehouse is included for your convenience. If you do not have this label, please mail to one of these locations:

- For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via carriers who offer package tracking such as FedEx or UPS (be sure to retain your tracking receipt for future reference).
- If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by PETCO, or a damaged or defective product, we will refund merchandise and shipping charges to your credit card. We will reimburse shipping charges incurred to return incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise to PETCO, not to exceed the published FedEx Ground rate for the weight of the package.
- If returning merchandise for any other reason, you are required to pay all shipping charges to and from PETCO.
- Merchandise cannot be returned to a PETCO store.
