Petco Shipping Policies
We ship from multiple warehouses across the United States so you get your order as quickly as possible. Your order will be sent from the nearest warehouse that has your items in stock. In the event your order can't be filled by a single warehouse, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. As your items ship, we will send you an email detailing the shipment along with tracking numbers to track your packages during transit.
The carriers we use are FedEx Home, UPS and the United States Postal Service. The carrier we choose depends upon your destination and the items in your order and we are unable to offer you the ability to choose the carrier by which your order will be shipped. FedEx Home deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. USPS delivers Monday through Saturday. Due to carrier restrictions, some rural addresses are delivered in 4 - 10 business days.
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, international locations or U.S. Territories.
Some items may limit the shipping methods available due to being oversized/overweight or shipping directly from the product manufacturer.
Please Note: Items with longer shipping times will be noted under "Availability" on the product page. These items ship directly from the manufacturer. You may receive separate shipments of your order if this occurs. Please allow an additional 14-21 days for delivery of items shipping directly from a manufacturer. Items from the manufacturer cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
